I always love to put my imagination into the pencils. I love cartoons especially anime. I’ve never feel exasperate when I am with my art. I can sit all days long to draw and color. Because of my loyalty toward art, I don’t hesitate to grab any art opportunities. I want to get more experiences with different techniques.
Besides, I also like reading comics, I have the plan to make my own comic draft too.
Being a short person in a group of the basketball players isn’t a good idea. I hate running and getting sweaty. I don’t like to do exercise, I was not that healthy. However, this sport helps me to build a healthy body. I drink a lot of water and eat a lot of food without worrying too much about calories. Basketball also makes me have a strong mind, being patient, and create a good teamwork. Even though I am the shortest in my basketball team, I can take my fast speed advantage to make the scores.
Writing the sentences with corrects verb tense is very important. It uses to recognize the situations is happening in the past, future or present. Because English is our second language and our language (Khmer) doesn’t have the words that change into past tense, it’s really hard to learn and remember the concept.
To practice writing things in past tense, we have a document called “Journal” where we pick a topic to write include the challenge ( 15 verbs in past tense).

Fear of Ghost
I was afraid of the ghost since I was young. My cousins really liked to scare me when I visited them on the holiday. One day, I went to my grandmother’s house because she was sicked. The sky was so dark and only the big red moon appeared. The dogs barked along the wind that blew across the driving road to the pagoda. The light turned off because of the thunder and lighting. The only thing that luminated the house was the red candles. I stayed in the middle of 8 shadows of my relatives. There were my father, mother, aunt, uncle, grandmother, and the other 3 cousins. No one had a chance to sleep because the kids were afraid of ghost including me. My cousins wanted my father to tell the ghost story. Then he began with many types of ghosts.
AP Statistic is very important in real life because help me improve the reporting skills to collect data, determine the variables and analyzes the tables require this subjects.
Static friction and Kinetic friction are very important to determine the inclined object. We did a lot of practice in our class include the labs to calculate the static friction in real life.

There was an opportunity from Jo (our old art facilitator). The competitions required the competitors to create a few types of creative art under the theme of “The Inner me”. I was not the chosen one but it was a good experience. However, I was happy for my two friends who can go to Australia and explore the art there.
The word change isn’t really long but it’s powerful and spacious than other things. As Cambodia is the developing country, to change Cambodia is the big step that needs all the people’s help. To be able to respond to the problems, we handing one of the projects called Exploration where the students scrutinize the risks and the causes of the complication in all the provinces around Cambodia.
In the matter of fact, one of the issues that Cambodia is facing is with health. People in rural areas and on islands are having the most health problems because they can’t afford to buy the medicines or travel to the hospitals. Some people on the island don’t really get enough education about the hygiene because they have a lack of fresh water. Many kids have Mountain Dew teeth and Diabetes because they don’t have a healthy diet. Our exploration called Preventative Healthcare had a goal to explore Songsa island to be able to share the information with all the villagers. As the islands are far away from the city and they don’t really have good water and hospital, people need to face a lot of risks to survive. We were taking this opportunity to teach the students of how to eat healthily and brushing the teeth. As a result, all the students understood about preventative healthcare and were able to pass on the message to their parents and neighbors. This action was helping all the new generation to be aware of diseases and be able to continue changing their own island. Furthermore, Cambodia is facing the lack of human resources, to save their life on the island, is one of the solutions for two problems.
On the other hand, Phnom Penh has the obstacles on roads; transportations. Also, most of the provinces and people face some of the infrastructure problems, such as irrigation system for agriculture. Because of the lack of quality products and the plans of building the solution is uncertain, it causes the change in the country to move gradually. To solve the problems, we are working on answering the needs in term of infrastructure to change Cambodia. The four main topics that we focused on are utility, transportation, agriculture, and health. To iron out the dilemma, and improve Cambodia infrastructure, we have been created Phnom Penh future as a sample in Minecraft to show what will happen if there is a better infrastructure in Phnom Penh and other provinces. Also, we have made the report on infrastructure plan and buildings right now with the improvement. Therefore, we would like to share the information with all the new generation and making more qualified ideas to create new changes for Cambodia.
In conclusion, Cambodia is still one of the developing country. It needs a lot of human resources and better infrastructure to run the whole country. As I am one of the change agent and had been through the Exploration preventative healthcare and infrastructure in Cambodia, my experiences and knowledge had been shared to people. This important topics with good result may inspire new generation to create new ideas or projects to develop, solve the problems and make Cambodia a better place.
One of the expertise I have joined called Creative Writing with my literacy teacher, Cara. The past few weeks, we learned how to write the poem, short story, and Creative College Essay Prompts. We used many resources from the books or other people story and rewrite them in another perspective view of another character.

This is my first time practice SAT Test Prep. I was nervous and excited at the same time. We started the tests at around 8 o’clock and finished at 12 o’clock. The SAT is math (no calculator), math (calculator), reading, writing, and language usage. Everyone seems to try there best to finish, however, some of us didn’t get to finish the test. The test needed calculator, pencils and blank paper. Because the test is digital, we don’t need to write on the paper. The website we used called Khan Academy. After we had done the tests, it showed the total scores and the subjects or skills we need to improve which saved the time to get results. I wish I could do better on the test and make a good improvement next time.
