Friction
Static friction and Kinetic friction are very important to determine the inclined object. We did a lot of practice in our class include the labs to calculate the static friction in real life.

Creative Poem
One of the expertise I have joined called Creative Writing with my literacy teacher, Cara. The past few weeks, we learned how to write the poem, short story, and Creative College Essay Prompts. We used many resources from the books or other people story and rewrite them in another perspective view of another character.
This is one of my poem that I wrote.
She said the words
To Irk the stars
Jealous of the brightness
Denouncing the matter
How short her wings are
With an instantaneous greed
just to besiege the moon
SAT Test Prep
October 14, 2017
This is my first time practice SAT Test Prep. I was nervous and excited at the same time. We started the tests at around 8 o’clock and finished at 12 o’clock. The SAT is math (no calculator), math (calculator), reading, writing, and language usage. Everyone seems to try there best to finish, however, some of us didn’t get to finish the test. The test needed calculator, pencils and blank paper. Because the test is digital, we don’t need to write on the paper. The website we used called Khan Academy. After we had done the tests, it showed the total scores and the subjects or skills we need to improve which saved the time to get results. I wish I could do better on the test and make a good improvement next time.
Pchum Ben
Pchum Ben is one of the famous Buddhist ceremonies in Cambodia. The ceremony starts on the first day of wane (count by the moon shape), Pak tbot (month) to the fifteen wane. Many Cambodian wears white shirt with dark colors of pants or skirt to the pagoda. They gather around to offer the food to the monks so that the monks don’t need to suffer from walking in the rainy season to get food. This ceremony also for praying the feast to the ancestors.
Another event that happens in Pchum Ben is throwing the rice balls for ghosts. There are twelves types of ghosts who suffered from hungriness and painfulness. These ghosts are referring to the people who did bad things when they were human.
Spray or Not to Spray
Spray or not to Spray is my first round exploration in 2017. This exploration focused on the pesticides that are spray in Liger. We had been researched about the side effect of pesticides toward the environment and the general pesticides that been used in Cambodia. Our exploration took the trips to CEDAC; it is an organization that helped Cambodia promote organic farming. Also, we went to Takmeo market to interview the sellers about pesticides usage and the law from the government.
On September 2, our exploration went to Snoul. Our purposes were to interview the farmers and to see the different pesticides that they use.
As the result, we created a magazine to store the information and also to share to Liger students and other people about pesticides in Cambodia.

Khmer Rouge Presentation
All of the senior students went to listen to the presentation from Gunnar Bergstrom. He was one of the people from Sweden that came to Cambodia during Khmer Rouge. He said that he thought that something wrong in Cambodia because there no people in the city. He explained more when he meet Pol Pot. He said that he also regret what happen in Cambodia because he couldn’t help us. But for me, I think he do the best right now to help Cambodia people by published the Khmer Rouge book for the new generation.
Football
Football or soccer is one of the famous sport in the world. I joined a football team since 2012. There were not many competitions these past years because there are not a lot of girls play football. However, the girls who competed with us are bigger, older and stronger due to their daily practice. Liger girls are looking forward to gaining more experiences to become stronger.
